Our Story
At Nibble, we began with a simple but powerful question: What if food could be more than just filling? What if it could be energising, intelligent, experiential, joyful — and even a little cheeky?
The word “nibble” might sound small, but it stands for something big: curiosity, innovation, disruption — a bite-sized revolution in how food is made, served, and experienced.
Founded in 2016 by a group of passionate industry veterans with over 200 years of combined experience, Nibble Food Services (formerly Pelican Hospitality) started as a modest food court management company built on trust, care, and a belief in doing things right.
