Our Story
At Nibble, we began with a simple but powerful question: What if food could be more than just filling? What if it could be energising, intelligent, experiential, joyful — and even a little cheeky? The word “nibble” might sound small, but it stands for something big: curiosity, innovation, disruption — a bite-sized revolution in how food is made, served, and experienced. While others build bigger kitchens with bigger claims, we take a smarter, more thoughtful approach.

Founded in 2016 by a group of passionate industry veterans with over 200 years of combined experience, Nibble Food Services (formerly Pelican Hospitality) started as a modest food court management company built on trust, care, and a belief in doing things right. But when the world was turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic, we didn’t just respond — we embraced a deeper calling. We saw the faces behind the masks: employees, workers, everyday heroes whose wellbeing mattered deeply to us. So, we poured our hearts into crafting personalised meal solutions that nourished more than just bodies — they nourished communities, hope, and resilience.
What began as a small, heartfelt effort grew into a full-scale corporate catering brand grounded in empathy, dedication, and a shared mission to make every meal count. Today, we continue to challenge the norms — whether in corporate offices, healthcare institutions, or manufacturing units — reimagining everything from menu planning to kitchen operations and the very experience of dining.

Proudly Indian, yet globally inspired, we craft fresh, customized menus that celebrate regional flavors while meeting the highest standards — because for us, every bite tells a story of diversity, care, and culinary passion.
We’re young, yes — but bold. Not afraid to play, tweak, test, and reinvent. Fueled by data and guided by good taste, we care deeply: about the people we serve, the ingredients we source, and the stories every meal can tell — even in a single, memorable nibble. Here’s to doing things differently. One bite at a time.
